Puddle has an electric personality. She truly fits a true temperament of a golden: “friendly, reliable and trustworthy.” Puddle is an excellent hunter, already holding her Junior Hunt title and currently has passes towards her Senior Hunt. She loves the birds, holds great marks, brings right to hand and has a soft mouth. Puddle is a gentle teacher and excels in a household of varying aged dogs. She’s able to be introduced and immersed in other social groups easily. Being extremely biddable, Puddle also holds a Rally Novice title. While away from hunting, trialing and conformation, Puddle enjoys spending time with her main pack, where she truly molds to play well with puppies as well as senior dogs. She enjoys hiking, going for rides, or cuddling up aside her favorite people on the couch!
Riverstone's Cracking' Cold Ones SH CCA
Kona truly is a special dog being that she has a lovely off switch many people love in a dog! While at home, she enjoys being lazy with her humans and mother, Splash, playing with the other dogs, and going on hikes! In the field, she works like a dream! Kona finished her Senior Hunt title in an astounding three months, start to finish. She easily fell in love with the game and was eager to get started. Kona’s skill and determination showed through every test she did. This was a big shock, as she’s typically a much calmer and relaxed girl! Since being home again, she’s fallen right back into the groove of living at home with my parents and her mom, Splash. This year, Kona has plans of entering the conformation ring and whelping her first litter of puppies!
Mayfly
As the newest addition to the Riverstone family and only daughter of our stud, Finn, Mayfly comes in with big shoes to fill! Mayfly is out of Golden Leash in California, where she was easily chosen as the pick female puppy of her litter. I am so grateful to have her join our home and live with her father. Mayfly has quite a wonderful temperament, even as a young pup. She is calm, curious, and respectful of the others in her pack. She has proven to be extremely intelligent and a fast learner in the little time she’s been with us. Mayfly’s retrieval love runs deep, and she’s already fallen in love with birds. We’re very excited to see how this sweet girl grows up! Stay tuned to see what all this girl achieves over the next few years.
